During or after use of this medicine, use sunscreen or avoid exposure to sunlight. Skin discoloration may occur. Mutagenicity and carcinogenicity have been observed in animal studies, so do not use for a long time.

Do not use this medicine in patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, pregnant women or women who may be pregnant, children 12 years of age or younger, or patients with renal impairment. Before using this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have or have had hypersensitivity to propylene glycol, are sensitive to sulfites, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Before using this medicine, apply a small amount to the skin and observe for 24 hours to test for skin hypersensitivity reactions. It may be used for mild redness, but do not use if itching, blisters, or excessive inflammation occurs. If symptoms do not improve after about 2 months of use, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Take care to avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Use this medicine only for external use. Use this medicine only for skin depigmentation, and do not use it for the purpose of blocking sunlight or preventing sunburn.

If hypersensitivity reactions such as contact dermatitis occur, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
