Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which may very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen. If severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, persons who have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, infants under 3 months, patients with severe or uncontrolled hypertension, severe acute or chronic kidney disease, or renal failure should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are an infant or child under 15 years who has or is suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, an infant or young child 3 months and older and under 2 years, have an allergic constitution, have experienced allergic symptoms caused by medicine, have liver disease, kidney (renal) disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma (e.g., eye pain, blurred vision, etc.), difficulty urinating (passing urine), etc., are elderly, are physically weak or have a high fever, have persistent or recurrent gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain, or have ulcer or bleeding problems, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, or have smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive sputum, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache.
