Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, nursing infants under 12 months, patients with hypercalcemia (a condition in which an excessive amount of calcium is present in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), kidney disease, kidney stones, or severe renal failure should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist in the case of nursing infants under 1 year of age, children who get a lot of sunlight and eat a normal diet, hyperoxaluria (a condition in which excessive oxalate is excreted in the urine), pregnant women or women who may be pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, heart/circulatory system functional disorders, renal impairment, hypoproteinemia, patients with gout or kidney stones, or those with a history of kidney stones. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. It may turn urine yellow, affecting clinical test values, or may interfere with detection of glucose during urine tests. If symptoms do not improve after taking for about 1 month, stop taking immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, constipation, rash, redness (becoming red due to congestion), loose stools, red spots, extrasystole (cardiac arrest), decreased central nervous system function, gastrointestinal disorders, dyspepsia, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema, menstruation starts earlier than expected or the amount gradually increases, or bleeding lasts a long time, stop taking immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
