Patients with hypercalcemia (a condition in which excess calcium is present in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), kidney disease, hypersensitivity to this medicine, infants under 12 months, kidney stones, severe renal failure, hypersensitivity to soybean oil, a history of allergy, or hypersensitivity to soy or peanuts should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, infants under 1 year old, patients receiving medical treatment from a doctor, children who get a lot of sunlight and eat a normal diet, pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, and breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, etc., heart or circulatory system dysfunction, kidney (renal) disorder, hypoproteinemia, kidney (renal) stones, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic hyperlipidemia, pancreatitis, or other fat metabolism abnormalities, or patients who require careful administration of lipid emulsions or are expected to be at special risk from fat overload, should consult a doctor or pharmacist.
