Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of paracetamol. It may cause liver damage. Do not take it together with other products containing paracetamol.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, are an infant under 3 months of age, are a breastfeeding woman, or are taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsonian drugs, etc.) or are within 2 weeks after stopping them.
