If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome), which can very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen. If severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur, stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, those with a history of asthma when taking this medicine or its ingredients, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, infants under 3 months of age and children under 2 years of age, and patients with severe or uncontrolled hypertension should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if it is absolutely necessary for a child under 2 years of age; if an infant or child under 15 years of age has or is suspected of having chickenpox or influenza; if you have an allergic constitution; if you are pregnant or may be pregnant; if you are breastfeeding; if symptoms of ischemic colitis such as sudden abdominal pain or rectal bleeding develop in relation to pseudoephedrine; if you have a history of allergic symptoms such as fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching caused by medicines; if you are elderly; if you are physically weak or have a high fever. Before taking this medicine, people with liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, etc.; people whose gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain persist or recur, or who have ulcer or bleeding problems; and people with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough lasting more than 1 week or recurring, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever and rash or persistent headache should consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after taking 5-6 doses, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not continue taking it for a long time. Drowsiness may occur while taking it. Avoid driving a car or operating machinery. Follow the prescribed dosage and dose carefully.

If rash and redness, itching, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating, (persistent or severe) thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, etc. occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Rarely, if shock (anaphylaxis), in which pallor, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing, etc. may occur immediately after taking this medicine together with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc., or symptoms of oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome), asthma, liver dysfunction such as general fatigue or jaundice, interstitial pneumonia, or symptoms of reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome such as sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizure, and visual disturbance occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
