If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which can be fatal very rarely, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity reaction appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, people with a history of asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, children under 2 years of age, people who are taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood regulators, antiparkinsonian drugs, etc.) or are within 2 weeks after stopping them, and patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, infants and children under 15 years of age who have or are suspected of having varicella or influenza, people with allergic constitution, people with a history of allergic symptoms caused by medicines (e.g., fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), people with liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma (e.g., eye pain, blurred vision, etc.), difficulty urinating (passing urine), etc., people who are physically weak or have a high fever, people with gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain that persist or recur, or who have ulcer or bleeding problems, pregnant women or women who may be pregnant, breastfeeding women, and patients with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough that lasts or recurs for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medicine, so use caution when driving or operating machinery. If symptoms do not improve even after taking 5-6 doses, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If rash/redness (redness due to congestion), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating (passing urine), thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, high anion gap metabolic acidosis, rarely shock symptoms (pale complexion with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc. immediately after taking, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing), mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome: severe symptoms such as rash/redness and blisters like burns accompanied by high fever), asthma, general lethargy, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), interstitial pneumonia (accompanied by cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever), etc. occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
