Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, tumors (e.g., breast cancer, endometrial cancer, pituitary tumor), thrombotic arteriovenous phlebitis, thromboembolism, cerebrovascular or coronary artery disease, undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding, severe hypertension, severe liver disorder, Dubin-Johnson syndrome, Rotor syndrome, jaundice, cholestasis (bile stasis), hepatitis, sickle cell anemia, severe diabetes, severe hyperlipidemia, hyperlipoproteinemia, porphyria, metabolic disorders, persistent itching during pregnancy, herpes gestationis, pemphigoid, otosclerosis, pregnant women or women who may be pregnant and breastfeeding women, galactorrhea, hyperprolactinemia, migraine accompanied by aura such as scotoma or star-shaped scintillations, pancreatitis, headache accompanied by focal neurological symptoms such as aura, hepatitis C, congenital or acquired hypercoagulopathy, smokers 35 years and older, or patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
