Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which can be fatal very rarely, have been reported. If a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to this medicine or have a history of hypersensitivity, have a history of asthma when taking this medicine, its ingredients, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, or if the patient is an infant under 3 months of age or a child under 2 years of age. Avoid driving a car or operating machinery. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully.

If rash and redness, itching, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, persistent or severe thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, etc. occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Rarely, shock (anaphylaxis), in which paleness of the face, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing, etc. may occur immediately after taking the medicine together with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc., or Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, asthma, liver dysfunction such as general fatigue and jaundice, or interstitial pneumonia may occur. If these occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
