If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Taking this medicine increases the risk of serious cardiovascular thrombotic events, myocardial infarction, and stroke, which may be fatal, and serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration, and perforation may occur.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, aspirin, or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics (including COX-2 inhibitors), peptic ulcer, severe blood abnormalities, severe liver impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe heart failure, severe hypertension, bronchial asthma, pain before or after coronary artery (heart artery) bypass grafting (CABG), or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or an infant 2 years of age or younger.
