If severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur, stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Serious skin reactions that can very rarely be fatal, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity reaction appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the daily maximum dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take this medicine together with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, if you have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, if you are an infant under 3 months of age, or if you have severe or uncontrolled hypertension. If rash/redness (becoming red due to congestion), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, and, rarely, shock symptoms (immediately after taking this medicine, a pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing together with hives, edema (swelling), chest tightness, etc.), oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome: severe symptoms such as high fever accompanied by rash/redness and blisters like burns), asthma, general lassitude, jaundice, cough, breathlessness, difficulty breathing, fever, etc. occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms of reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizure, visual disturbance, etc.) occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
