Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, children under 12 years old, people who have had surgery exposing the dura mater or transsphenoidal hypophysectomy, patients with angle-closure glaucoma, patients with dry rhinitis or atrophic rhinitis, and patients with pheochromocytoma or prostatic hyperplasia should not use this medicine. Before using this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have a constitution prone to hives, contact dermatitis, migraine, food allergy, etc., have experienced allergic symptoms (fever, rash/redness, edema, irritation, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), have hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, glaucoma, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, or are a patient with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, insomnia, dizziness, tremor, cardiac arrhythmia, or a strong response to adrenergic agents such as increased blood pressure. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Do not use this medicine excessively, because excessive use may instead cause nasal congestion. To prevent contamination, do not share it with others if possible. Do not use in the eyes or ears. If symptoms do not improve after using for 3 days, stop using it and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If rash/redness, edema, irritation, itching, signs/symptoms of reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome or reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbance, etc.), etc. occur, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
