Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which can be fatal in very rare cases, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, are an infant under 3 months of age, or are taking an MAO inhibitor (antidepressant, antipsychotic, mood regulator, antiparkinsonian drug, etc.) or are within 2 weeks after stopping it. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are an infant or child under 15 years of age who has or is suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, an infant or toddler 3 months and older and under 2 years of age, have a predisposition to allergies, etc., have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma (eye pain, blurred vision, etc.), difficulty urinating, are elderly, are physically weak, have a high fever, have gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain, have ulcer or bleeding problems, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, smoke, or have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive sputum, cough lasting or recurring for 1 week or more, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medicine, so use caution when driving or operating machinery.

If rash/redness, itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating, thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, symptoms of shock (rarely, after taking it, hives, edema, chest tightness, etc. together with pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing), oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (severe symptoms accompanied by high fever, rash/redness, and blisters like burns), asthma, general fatigue, jaundice, interstitial pneumonia (accompanied by cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever), etc. appear, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
