Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, people who have experienced asthma when taking the ingredients of this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, and infants (newborn babies) under 3 months of age should not take this medicine. If rash/redness (redness due to congestion), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema (swelling), dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, rarely shock symptoms (immediately after taking, hives, edema, chest tightness, etc., together with pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing, etc.), mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome) (severe symptoms such as rash/redness and blisters like burns accompanied by high fever appearing on the skin of the whole body, mouth, or mucous membranes of the eyes), asthma, liver dysfunction (generalized fatigue, jaundice), interstitial pneumonia (accompanied by cough, shortness of breath, dyspnea, fever, etc.), etc. appear, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
