Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), which can very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen. If severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, persons who have experienced asthma when taking this medicine and this medicine's ingredients, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, infants under 3 months old and children under 2 years old, patients with severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure, and women after 30 weeks of pregnancy must not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, children under 2 years old when absolutely necessary, infants and children under 15 years old who are infected with or suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, persons with allergic constitution, pregnant women or women who may be pregnant, breastfeeding women, persons who develop symptoms of ischemic colitis such as sudden abdominal pain or rectal bleeding related to pseudoephedrine, persons who have experienced allergic symptoms such as drug-induced fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching, elderly persons, and persons who are physically weak or have a high fever should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Before taking this medicine, persons with liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, etc., persons with gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain that persist or recur or who have ulcer or bleeding problems, and persons with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not continue taking it for a long period. Drowsiness may occur while taking it. Avoid driving a car or operating machinery. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully.

If rash and redness, itching, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, etc. occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Rarely, if shock (anaphylaxis), which may present immediately after taking with pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing, etc. together with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc., or mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), asthma, liver function disorder such as general fatigue or jaundice, interstitial pneumonia, or symptoms of reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome such as sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizure, or visual disturbance occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
