Serious skin reactions that can very rarely be fatal, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity reaction appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it; those with a history of asthma when taking this medicine, the ingredients of this medicine, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines; and infants under 3 months of age should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are an infant or child under 15 years of age with a history or suspected history of chickenpox or influenza, have an allergic constitution, have a history of allergic reactions (fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma (eye pain, blurred vision, etc.), difficulty urinating, are elderly, physically weak or have a high fever, have gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain, ulcers, bleeding problems, are pregnant or may be pregnant, breastfeeding, smoke, have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough that persists or recurs for more than 1 week, chronic cough, cough accompanied by fever/rash or persistent headache, or are an infant or young child under 2 years of age.
