If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions that may be fatal, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), have been reported very rarely, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity reaction appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. If serious skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur when taking medicines containing pseudoephedrine, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take it together with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to this medicine or have a history of it, if you have ever had asthma when taking this medicine or any of its ingredients, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, if you are an infant under 3 months old, or if you have severe or uncontrolled hypertension. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are an infant or a child under 15 years old who has or is suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, a child under 2 years old, a person with a constitution prone to urticaria, contact dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, migraine, food allergy, etc., a person with liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, etc., a person who is weak or has a high fever, a person with persistent or recurrent gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain, or with ulcer or bleeding problems, a pregnant woman or a woman who may be pregnant, a breastfeeding woman, or a person with cough (cough accompanied by smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, excessive phlegm, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache). If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5-6 times, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully. Do not take it continuously for a long time. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medicine, so be careful when driving or operating machinery.

If rash/redness, itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating, thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, rarely immediately after taking it urticaria, edema, chest tightness, etc. accompanied by pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (severe symptoms with high fever, rash/redness, and blisters like burns), acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, severe skin adverse reactions such as fever, erythema, or numerous small pustules, asthma, general languor, jaundice, interstitial pneumonia (accompanied by cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever), or symptoms of ischemic colitis related to the pseudoephedrine ingredient (sudden abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, etc.) occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, visual disturbance, etc.) occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
