If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions that may very rarely be fatal, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, if you have ever had asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, if you are an infant (newborn baby) under 3 months of age, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor (antidepressant, antipsychotic, mood stabilizer, antiparkinsonian drug, etc.) or are within 2 weeks after stopping taking one. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if any of the following apply: infants and young children 3 months and older and under 2 years; infants and children under 15 years who have or are suspected of having varicella or influenza; allergic constitution; history of allergy to medicines (fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.); liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, etc.; elderly persons; persons who are physically weak or have high fever; persons with gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain that persist or recur, or who have ulcer or bleeding problems; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; breastfeeding women; or if symptoms occur such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. If symptoms do not improve even after taking 5-6 doses, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully. Do not take continuously for a long period. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine.

If symptoms such as rash/redness (redness due to congestion), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema (swelling), dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, shock symptoms (pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing together with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc. immediately after taking), oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome: severe symptoms such as rash/redness and blisters like burns accompanied by high fever), asthma, general fatigue, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), or interstitial pneumonia (accompanied by cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, etc.) occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
