Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts, infants under 12 months old, and patients with severe renal failure must not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, pregnant women or women who may be pregnant and nursing women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory system dysfunction, kidney disorder, hypoproteinemia, hyperlipoproteinemia, abnormal fat metabolism such as diabetic hyperlipidemia and pancreatitis, or patients who should receive lipid emulsions with caution, patients deficient in folic acid, patients expected to be at particular risk from fat overload, and patients with a predisposition to thrombosis should consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may turn urine yellow and affect clinical test values. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. If stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, red spots, cardiac arrest, decreased central nervous system function, menstruation occurring earlier than expected or gradually increasing in amount, or prolonged bleeding occurs, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
