Do not take this medicine if you are a child under 15 years of age, have hypersensitivity to this medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's drugs, etc.) or are within 2 weeks after stopping them, have hypertension, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, kidney disease, epilepsy, hepatitis, are elderly (65 years and older), or have genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have previously had insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremor, or palpitations caused by cold medicines, antitussive-expectorants, oral medicines for rhinitis, etc.; if you have a cough (a cough accompanied by smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, excessive phlegm, a cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or a cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache); or if you have hypersensitivity to Yellow No. 5. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. Do not take this medicine continuously for a long period. When administering to children 15 years and older, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medicine, so use caution when driving or operating machinery.

If acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, skin adverse reactions (fever, erythema, multiple small pustules, etc.), hemorrhagic stroke, nausea/vomiting, thirst (persistent or severe), constipation, loss of appetite, rash/redness, itching, difficulty urinating, headache, facial flushing, abnormal glare, shock (hives, swelling, chest tightness, paleness, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing immediately after taking), decreased urine volume, swelling of the hands and feet, heavy eyelids, stiff hands, increased blood pressure, headache, myopathy (weakness, limb cramps, paralysis, etc.), or symptoms of ischemic colitis related to the pseudoephedrine ingredient occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
