People who regularly drink 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day should consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which can very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or signs of other hypersensitivity reactions appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, patients with peptic ulcer, severe blood abnormalities, severe hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment, or severe cardiac dysfunction, patients with or with a history of aspirin-induced asthma (asthma attacks induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), patients who have taken barbiturates or tricyclic antidepressants, and people who have consumed alcohol should not take this medicine.
