If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), which can very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen. If severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur, stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take this medicine if you are a patient with hypersensitivity to this medicine or have a history of it, if you have a history of asthma when taking this medicine and its ingredients, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, if you are an infant under 3 months or a child under 2 years, or if you have severe or uncontrolled hypertension. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are a child under 2 years when it is absolutely necessary, an infant or child under 15 years who is infected with or suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, have an allergic constitution, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, if symptoms of ischemic colitis such as sudden abdominal pain or rectal bleeding develop in relation to pseudoephedrine, have a history of allergic symptoms caused by medicines such as fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching, are elderly, or are physically weak or have a high fever. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastric/duodenal ulcer, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, etc., if stomach problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain persist or recur, or if you have ulcer or bleeding problems, smoke, have asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive sputum, cough lasting 1 week or longer or recurring, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. If symptoms do not improve after taking 5-6 doses, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Children should take this medicine under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Do not take continuously for a long time. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medicine. Avoid driving a car or operating machinery. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully.

If rash and redness, itching, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating, (persistent or severe) thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, etc. appear, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Rarely, if shock (anaphylaxis), in which immediately after taking this medicine pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing, etc. may appear together with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc., or symptoms of oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), liver dysfunction such as asthma or general fatigue and jaundice, interstitial pneumonia, or reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome such as sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, and visual disturbance appear, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
