If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which may very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, those who have experienced an asthmatic reaction caused by this medicine or other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics, children under 12 years, and people already taking other medicines containing acetaminophen should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you, your parents, or siblings have a constitution prone to hives, contact dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis (rhinitis), migraine, food allergy, etc.; if you have experienced an allergic reaction to this medicine; if you have liver, kidney, thyroid disease, diabetes, or hypertension; if you are physically weak; if you have a high fever; if you are elderly; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist; or if you have low glutathione levels. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medicine, so use caution when driving a car or operating machinery.

If new symptoms appear; if pain lasts for more than 10 days or becomes worse than before taking this medicine; if rash, redness (redness due to congestion), nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, dizziness, hives, edema (swelling) (larynx, eyelids, lips, etc.), chest tightness, etc. occur together with pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, shortness of breath, etc.; if severe symptoms such as rash, redness, and burn-like blisters accompanied by high fever appear on the skin of the whole body and the mucous membranes of the mouth and eyes; or if asthma, fixed eruption, etc. occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
