Do not use this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, acute abdominal disease (appendicitis, intestinal bleeding, ulcerative colitis, etc.), intestinal paralysis, blocked intestine, severe abdominal pain accompanied by nausea and vomiting, spastic constipation, severe hard stool, an acute abdominal surgical condition such as acute appendicitis, anal fissure (tear wound), acute enteritis, or severe dehydration. Before using this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, breastfeeding, a child, or elderly. Do not use this medicine for a long period.

If rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs, stop using immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Bloody stool, dizziness, syncope, abdominal pain, diarrhea, anaphylactic reaction, angioneurotic edema (swelling), other hypersensitivity reactions, dehydration, abdominal cramps, nausea, abdominal discomfort, colitis (including ischemic colitis), urge to urinate, headache, low back pain, perianal dermatitis, rectal burning sensation, anal pain, anal bleeding, and anorectal discomfort may occur.
