If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis have been reported very rarely, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, peptic ulcer, severe blood abnormalities, severe hepatic impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe cardiac dysfunction, aspirin asthma, or a history of them should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, patients with hepatic impairment or a history of it, kidney impairment or a history of it, a history of peptic ulcer, blood abnormalities or a history of them, a tendency to bleed, cardiac dysfunction, a history of hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, elderly people, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist, and patients with low glutathione levels should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Without the instructions of a doctor or pharmacist, do not take for pain for more than 10 days (adults) or more than 5 days (children), and do not take for fever for more than 3 days.

If symptoms of shock (difficulty breathing, redness all over the body, angioedema, hives), asthma attack, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic (red blood cell-destroying) anemia, methemoglobinemia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), cyanosis, facial swelling, sweating, low blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as perforation, rash, allergic reactions, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), increased AST, increased ALT, or fixed drug eruption occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Children and elderly people should take the minimum necessary amount, and if symptoms such as excessive lowering of body temperature, collapse, cold limbs, or high fever occur, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
