If you regularly drink 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day, consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics. It may cause liver damage. Very rarely, serious skin reactions that may be fatal, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, a history of asthma caused by other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics, are taking an MAO inhibitor or have taken one within 2 weeks, have difficulty breathing due to an asthma attack, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis, have glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, lower urinary tract obstructive disease, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction, hypertension, severe blood abnormalities, severe liver disorder, severe decreased heart function, epilepsy, pheochromocytoma, aspirin asthma (asthma attacks induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics) or a history of it, diabetes, are receiving barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol, are a child under 18 years, are on a sodium-restricted diet, are breastfeeding, have glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, have hereditary problems such as sucrase deficiency or fructose and glucose-galactose malabsorption, have phenylketonuria requiring restriction of phenylalanine intake because this medicine contains aspartame, which is metabolized to phenylalanine, or are an elderly patient with symptoms of confusion. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have a constitution prone to allergies, Raynaud's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, liver disorder, kidney disorder, a history of peptic ulcer, blood abnormalities, a bleeding tendency (platelet dysfunction), abnormal heart function, thyroid disease, porphyria, a history of preeclampsia, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are elderly, have a cough with a large amount of phlegm, have occlusive vascular disease, angle-closure glaucoma, bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or hypersensitivity to Red No. 40. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. Drowsiness, dizziness, decreased vision, and cognitive and psychomotor impairment may occur, so avoid driving or operating machinery.

If acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, severe sore throat, sore throat symptoms accompanied by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting lasting more than 2 days, fever lasting more than 3 days, cough or nasal congestion lasting more than 7 days, shock symptoms (difficulty breathing, redness all over the body, vascular swelling, hives, etc.), asthma, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic (red blood cell-destroying) anemia, methemoglobinemia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), cyanosis, hypersensitivity symptoms (facial swelling, difficulty breathing, sweating, low blood pressure), dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, insomnia, sedation, malaise, heavy-headedness, convulsions, paresthesia, dyskinesia, muscle spasms, loss of appetite, diarrhea, dry mouth (thirst), excessive decrease in body temperature, collapse, coldness of the extremities (arms and legs), increased blood pressure, reflex bradycardia, etc. occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
