Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, have experienced asthma, hives, or allergic reactions to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, have gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, cerebrovascular system, or other sites, severe blood abnormalities, severe liver impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe cardiac dysfunction, severe hypertension, bronchial asthma, pain occurring before or after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery, are pregnant at 6 months or later of pregnancy, are breastfeeding, have inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, or have experienced gastrointestinal (intestinal) bleeding or perforation. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have blood abnormalities, have a tendency to bleed, have liver impairment, kidney impairment, fluid retention (fluid accumulation) or heart failure, hypertension, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), are elderly, are a child 6 years or older, are in early pregnancy or may be pregnant, have gastric cancer, are an alcoholic, have ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, cerebrovascular disease, risk factors for cardiovascular disease (e.g., hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, smoking), hepatic porphyria, have a blood coagulation disorder or are receiving anticoagulants, or have had a gastrointestinal ulcer caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past. Dizziness or fatigue may occur after taking this medicine, so use caution when driving or operating machinery. In principle, long-term use for acute diseases should be within 5 days.

If any of the following occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist: rarely, shock (difficulty breathing, decreased blood pressure, etc.), aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, agranulocytosis, granulocytopenia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), blood disorders such as eosinophilia, indigestion, abdominal bloating, heartburn, upper abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, sometimes loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, gastric discomfort, or rarely esophagitis, esophageal stenosis, worsening diverticula, nonspecific hemorrhagic colitis, ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, bloody stool, gastritis, pancreatitis, very rarely dry mouth, stomatitis, erythema multiforme, systemic lupus erythematosus, hair loss, sometimes angioedema, rarely oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), rash, hives, itching, purpura, rarely asthma attack, eczema, anaphylactic reaction, photosensitivity reaction, jaundice, increased ALT, increased AST, increased ALP, abnormal liver function, hepatitis, sometimes rhinitis, bronchospasm, rarely risk of acute pneumonia in patients with heart failure, visual disturbances such as loss of vision and scotoma, hearing loss, tinnitus, taste abnormality, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, dizziness, sometimes anxiety, restlessness, confusion, depression, rarely aseptic meningitis, decreased blood pressure, increased blood pressure, palpitations, acute renal failure, oliguria (decreased urine), symptoms such as hematuria and increased urinary protein (protein in urine), BUN, and blood creatinine, hyperkalemia, acute pulmonary edema, peripheral edema, fluid retention, decreased fertility in women, periorbital edema, and very rarely malaise, fever, nosebleed, worsening inflammation, etc.
