If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which may very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, peptic ulcer, severe blood abnormalities, severe hepatic impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe decreased cardiac function, or aspirin asthma (induction of asthma attacks by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) or a history of these should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have hepatic impairment or a history of it, kidney impairment or a history of it, a history of peptic ulcer, blood abnormalities or a history of them, bleeding tendency, cardiac dysfunction, a history of hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, are elderly, are a child under 2 years, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have low glutathione levels. Do not take for pain for more than 10 days (adults) or more than 5 days (children), and do not take for fever for more than 3 days, without the instructions of a doctor or pharmacist.

If shock symptoms (difficulty breathing, redness over the whole body, vascular swelling, hives, etc.), asthma attack, decreased platelets, decreased granulocytes, hemolytic (red blood cell-destroying) anemia, methemoglobinemia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), cyanosis, hypersensitivity symptoms (facial swelling, difficulty breathing, sweating, low blood pressure, shock), nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal abnormalities such as gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, and perforation when taken long-term, rash, allergic reaction, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), increased AST, increased ALT, fixed eruption, etc. occur; if pain or fever symptoms persist or worsen; or if new symptoms appear, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
