If you regularly drink three or more alcoholic drinks every day, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine or other fever and pain relievers. It may cause liver damage. Very rarely, serious skin reactions that can be fatal, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, have been reported. Stop taking this medicine immediately if a skin rash or other signs of a hypersensitivity reaction appear after taking it. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen (4,000 mg). It may cause liver damage. Do not take it together with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, peptic ulcer, severe blood disorders, liver disorder, kidney disorder, or reduced heart function; if you have or have had aspirin-induced asthma (asthma attacks triggered by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs); if you have taken barbiturate drugs or tricyclic antidepressants; if you have consumed alcohol; or if you are a child under 12 years of age. Before taking this medicine, talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have or have had hypersensitivity, liver disorder, kidney disorder, peptic ulcer, or blood disorders; if you have a bleeding tendency or heart function problems; if you have bronchial asthma; if you are elderly, pregnant, or breastfeeding; or if you have low glutathione levels. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine.

If any of the following occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and talk to your doctor or pharmacist: shock symptoms (difficulty breathing, redness of the whole body, angioedema, hives, etc.), asthma attack, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), cyanosis, hypersensitivity symptoms (facial swelling, sweating, low blood pressure), nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, perforation, rash, allergic reaction, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome), elevated AST, elevated ALT, fixed drug eruption, etc.
