Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, infants under 2 years of age, people who have undergone surgery in which the dura mater is exposed or transsphenoidal hypophysectomy, patients with closed-angle glaucoma, patients with dry rhinitis (nasal inflammation) or atrophic rhinitis (nasal inflammation), and patients with pheochromocytoma or prostatic hyperplasia should not use this medicine. Before using this medicine, pregnant women or women who may be pregnant, nursing mothers, people with a constitution prone to urticaria, contact dermatitis, migraine, food allergy, etc., people with a history of allergic symptoms (fever, rash/redness, edema, irritation, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, glaucoma, smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive sputum, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, and patients who show strong reactions to adrenergic substances such as insomnia, dizziness, tremor, cardiac arrhythmia, or elevated blood pressure should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the specified directions and dosage carefully. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Do not overuse this medicine because excessive use may instead cause nasal congestion. Do not use in the eyes or ears. If symptoms do not improve after using for 3 days, stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If rash/redness, edema, irritation, itching, signs/symptoms of reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome or reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbance, etc.), etc. appear, stop using this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
