If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, congestive heart failure, established ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, or cerebrovascular disease should avoid taking high-dose ibuprofen (2,400 mg a day), and patients with cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking, etc.) should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if taking high-dose ibuprofen (2,400 mg a day) is necessary.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, hypersensitivity to soybeans or peanuts, a history of allergic reaction to soybean oil, or if you have ever had asthma when taking this medicine or its ingredients, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines, if you are an infant under 3 months, or if you are after 30 weeks of pregnancy. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have an allergic constitution, a history of drug-induced allergy (fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), if you are an infant or young child 3 months and older and under 2 years, an infant or child under 15 years who is infected with or suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, a person with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc., an elderly person, a person who is physically weak or has a high fever, a person with persistent or recurrent gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain, or with ulcer or bleeding problems, a pregnant woman or woman who may be pregnant, a breastfeeding woman, a person who has lost a large amount of fluid due to vomiting and diarrhea or does not absorb fluids, or a person taking diuretics, a person taking low-dose aspirin to prevent myocardial infarction or stroke, a patient with abnormal fat metabolism such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic hyperlipidemia, or pancreatitis, or a patient requiring careful administration of lipid emulsion, or a patient expected to be at special risk due to fat overload. If symptoms do not improve after taking 5-6 doses, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the prescribed directions and dosage. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine. Do not take this medicine continuously for a long period.

If rash/redness (congestion and reddening), itching, nausea/vomiting, anorexia, constipation, stomach pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach discomfort, dizziness, edema (swelling), rarely anaphylactic shock (hypersensitivity shock: immediately after taking, pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing, together with urticaria, edema, chest tightness, etc.), mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome: severe symptoms such as high fever accompanied by rash/redness (congestion and reddening) and blisters like burns), asthma, very rarely erythema multiforme, exfoliative dermatitis, photosensitivity reaction of unknown frequency, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic syndrome (DRESS syndrome), or acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occurs, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
