Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, breastfeeding, a premature infant, an infant, have heart or circulatory system dysfunction, kidney impairment, hypoproteinemia, a history of kidney stones, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic hyperlipidemia, abnormal fat metabolism such as pancreatitis or are a patient who must be carefully administered lipid emulsions, are elderly, or have folic acid deficiency.
