If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions that may be fatal in very rare cases, such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) as acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen. If severe skin adverse reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis occur, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take this medicine if you are a patient with hypersensitivity to this medicine or have a history of it, have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, are an infant under 3 months old, are a patient with severe or uncontrolled hypertension, or are after 30 weeks of pregnancy. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms occur in infants and children under 15 years old who have or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza; infants under 2 years old; people with allergic constitution; people with a history of allergic symptoms (e.g., fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.); patients with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, or glaucoma (e.g., eye pain, blurred vision, etc.); people with difficulty urinating (urination), etc.; elderly people; people who are physically weak or have a high fever; people with gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain that persist or recur, or people with ulcer or bleeding problems; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; breastfeeding women; or if symptoms such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache occur. Follow the specified dosage and administration carefully. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Do not take continuously for a long period. Drowsiness may occur after taking, so use caution when driving or operating machinery. If symptoms do not improve after taking about 5-6 doses, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If rash/redness, itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, anxiety, tremor, insomnia, symptoms of shock (rarely, after taking, together with hives, edema, chest tightness, etc., pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing), oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (severe symptoms with high fever, rash/redness, and blisters like burns), asthma, general fatigue, jaundice, interstitial pneumonia (accompanied by cough, shortness of breath, dyspnea, fever), etc. occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (sudden severe headache, thunderclap headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizure, visual disturbance, etc.) occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
