If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which can very rarely be fatal, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take it together with other products containing acetaminophen.

People with hypersensitivity to this medicine or a history of it, those who have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, infants under 3 months of age, and people who are taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsonian drugs, etc.) or are within 2 weeks after stopping them should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are an infant or child under 15 years of age who has or is suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, an infant 3 months or older and under 2 years of age, a young child, a person with an allergic constitution, a person with a history of allergic symptoms (e.g., fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), a person with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, gastroduodenal ulcer, glaucoma (e.g., eye pain, blurred vision, etc.), difficulty urinating (passing urine), etc., an elderly person, a physically weak person or a person with high fever, a person whose gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain persist or recur, or who has ulcer or bleeding problems, a pregnant woman or a woman who may be pregnant, a nursing mother, or a person with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, cough lasting or recurring for more than 1 week, chronic cough, or cough accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. Strictly follow the prescribed directions and dosage. Do not take continuously for a long period. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medicine, so use caution when driving or operating machinery. If symptoms do not improve after taking about 5-6 doses, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If rash/redness (redness due to congestion), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema (swelling), difficulty urinating (passing urine), thirst (persistent or severe), dizziness, symptoms of shock (immediately after taking, pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing, together with hives, edema (swelling), chest tightness, etc.), oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome: severe symptoms accompanied by high fever, with rash/redness and blisters like burns, etc.), asthma, general fatigue, jaundice (the skin or whites of the eyes become yellow), cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, etc. occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
