Do not take this drug if you have hypersensitivity to this drug, have hypercalcemia (a condition in which calcium is present in excess in the blood), sarcoidosis (systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), kidney stones, or kidney disease, or if the patient is a nursing infant under 12 months. Before taking this drug, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have hyperoxaluria (a condition in which excessive oxalate is excreted in the urine), are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, are a premature infant or infant, have gastrointestinal disease such as peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, or regional colitis, impaired heart/circulatory system function, renal impairment, hypoproteinemia, gout, kidney stones, or a history of kidney stones. Strictly follow the specified dosage and administration. It may interfere with detection of blood glucose in various urine tests, and may turn urine yellow and affect clinical test values. If symptoms do not improve after taking this drug for about 1 month, immediately stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastric discomfort, constipation, rash, redness (redness due to congestion), loose stools, dermatitis, bad odor in sweat or breath, hair loss, irritability, gastrointestinal disorder, digestive disorder, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema, symptoms in which menstruation occurs earlier than expected, the amount increases, or bleeding lasts longer occur, or if the patient has folic acid deficiency, immediately stop taking this drug and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
