If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Taking this medicine increases the risk of serious cardiovascular thrombotic events, myocardial infarction, and stroke, which may be fatal, and serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration, and perforation may occur.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, peptic ulcer, severe blood abnormality, severe hepatic impairment, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe renal impairment, severe hypertension, hypersensitivity to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics such as aspirin, or if you have asthma, rhinitis, nasal polyps, urticaria, allergic reactions, or a history of these caused by aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics (including COX-2 inhibitors), if you are being treated for pain occurring before or after coronary artery bypass graft surgery, if you are an infant (newborn baby) 2 years or younger, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are a woman who may be pregnant, a child, a person with a history of peptic ulcer, a history of blood abnormality, a patient with a bleeding tendency, hepatic impairment or a history of it, renal impairment or a history of it, reduced renal blood flow, cardiac dysfunction, hypertension, hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease, an elderly person, or a person with hypersensitivity or a history of allergic reaction to Yellow No. 5.

If any of the following occur, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist: rarely, shock symptoms (difficulty breathing, decreased blood pressure, slow pulse, cold sweat, swelling), PIE syndrome (pulmonary infiltration with eosinophilia: accompanied by fever, wheezing, cough, and sputum), urticaria; sometimes hypersensitivity symptoms such as rash and itching; hematemesis, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, perforation; agranulocytosis, eosinophilia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time); aseptic meningitis (severe headache, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, stiff neck, fever, or disturbance of consciousness, etc.); eczema, sweating, purple spots; photosensitivity, hair loss, redness (congestion and reddening), necrolysis, erythema multiforme, mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), urticaria, epidermolysis bullosa, drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, fixed drug eruption, toxic epidermal necrolysis, etc. The following may occur: sometimes stomach discomfort, stomach pain, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, dyspepsia, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, stomatitis; rarely abdominal bloating, melena, dry mouth, increased GOT and GPT levels, jaundice, hepatitis, renal impairment, glomerulonephritis, hematuria, hyperkalemia, interstitial nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis, protein in urine, renal failure; sometimes drowsiness, cognitive dysfunction; rarely dizziness, headache, numbness of hands and feet, decreased sexual potency, fatigue, depression, abnormal dreams, loss of concentration, disorientation, insomnia, muscle pain, muscle weakness, tinnitus, hearing impairment, visual impairment, swelling, difficulty breathing, palpitations, myasthenia, congestive heart failure, eosinophilic pneumonia, anaphylactoid reaction, menstrual disorder, chills (feeling cold and shivering) and fever, vasculitis, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, etc.
