If a person who regularly drinks 3 or more glasses of alcohol every day takes this medicine or another antipyretic analgesic, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It may cause liver damage. Serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis, which can be fatal very rarely, have been reported, and if a skin rash or other signs of hypersensitivity reaction appear after taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Do not take this medicine if you are a patient with hypersensitivity to this medicine, if you have experienced asthma when taking other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines, or if you are an infant under 3 months old or a child under 2 years old. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are an infant or child under 15 years old who has or is suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, have an allergic constitution, have experienced allergy symptoms caused by a medicine (e.g., fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, itching, etc.), have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, are physically weak, have a high fever, are elderly, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, have persistent or recurrent gastrointestinal problems such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, or stomach pain, or have ulcer or bleeding problems, or have lost a lot of fluid due to vomiting and diarrhea or do not absorb fluids. If symptoms do not improve after taking 5-6 doses, stop taking immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the prescribed directions and dosage carefully. When administering to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

If rash/redness (redness due to congestion), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, stomach pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach discomfort, dizziness, hearing loss (deafness), edema (swelling), tinnitus (ringing in the ears), rare shock symptoms (hives, edema (swelling), chest tightness, etc. immediately after taking, with pale complexion, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing), oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), asthma, general fatigue, jaundice, etc. occur, stop taking immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
