Do not take more than the maximum daily dose (4,000 mg) of acetaminophen. It may cause liver damage. Do not take with other products containing acetaminophen.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this medicine, peptic ulcer, severe blood abnormalities, severe hepatic impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe cardiac dysfunction, aspirin asthma (asthma attacks induced by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) or a history of it, patients taking barbiturates or tricyclic antidepressants, people who have consumed alcohol, and children under 12 years of age should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, patients with hepatic impairment or a history of it, kidney impairment or a history of it, a history of peptic ulcer, blood abnormalities or a history of them, patients with a tendency to bleed, patients with cardiac dysfunction, a history of hypersensitivity, patients with bronchial asthma, elderly people, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with low glutathione levels should consult a doctor or pharmacist.

If symptoms of shock (difficulty breathing, redness all over the body, angioedema, hives, etc.), asthma attack, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), cyanosis, hypersensitivity symptoms (facial swelling, sweating, low blood pressure), nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, perforation, rash, oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), increased AST, increased ALT, fixed drug eruption, etc. occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
