This medicine is used for physical fatigue; during pregnancy and lactation; when physical strength is reduced during illness or after illness; for supplementation of vitamins E, B1, and B6 in old age; for relief of symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in the hands and feet, and cold hands and feet due to peripheral circulatory disturbance and menopause; for relief of symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (low back pain, shoulder stiffness, etc.), beriberi, and eye fatigue; for relief of symptoms of angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis; and for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.

Do not take this medicine if you have hypersensitivity to this medicine, if you are an infant under 12 months old, if you have severe renal failure, or if you have hypersensitivity to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, have a premature infant or infant, have cardiac or circulatory system dysfunction, renal impairment, hypoproteinemia, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic hyperlipidemia, or other abnormalities of fat metabolism such as pancreatitis, or are a patient who must be given lipid emulsions with caution, or if you have hypersensitivity to Yellow No. 5. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully.

Do not take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa while taking this medicine. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if taking it together with oral contraceptives containing estrogen, aldosterone antagonists, or triamterene. Avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during use and before and after taking this medicine.
