Adults and children 12 years and older should take 1 vial (30 mL) per dose, 1 time a day. If necessary, take after diluting (making dilute) in a small amount of water.

Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive to this medicine, are an infant under 12 months of age, or have severe renal (kidney) failure. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are hypersensitive to caramel or have a history of it, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, are a premature infant, are an infant, or have cardiac/circulatory system function, kidney (renal) disorder, or hypoproteinemia. Follow the prescribed directions and dosage carefully. It may turn urine yellow and affect clinical test values. If symptoms do not improve after taking it for about 1 month, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral (taken by mouth) tetracycline preparations, antacids, levodopa, aldosterone antagonists, or triamterene. Avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during, before, and after taking this medicine.
